Photos
For best results, feel free to send us photos of your roof from the ground around house.
Turnaround Time
You will typically receive your Xactimate estimate as a PDF attachment by return email usually within 1-2 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take longer, but we want your business. If you have a deadline let us know.
Roof / Exterior Support
If you are doing roof or exterior work and do not have the structural measurements, we recommend that you get an EagleView report or any roof sketch support. An EagleView report will have most of the values needed to write your Xactimate estimate. Please review or Resource Page.
Pricing

Our base fee is $99 and $25 for each additional structure on property up to 3 structures.

There is no additional charge for soffit, fascia, or gutter items.

There is no charge for additional non-roof items up to 12 items for each structure.

You are billed 25% of estimate and remaining balance due after the estimate is completed.

$175 if Core Estimate has to obtain roofing squares by aerial measurements and $75 for each additional structure up to 3 structures. (Feel free to contact us with any questions)
