Your interior estimate will include your company information, all of the items you indicated with recent pricing for the correct zip code. We will also include your logo, photos, and specialty bid items, if provided. Information must be submitted on our Online Interior Form 

You can send your company logo or photos that represent the work done. The best photos are those that show the whole scene.  Interior photos should show the entire room along with detailed photo of flooring, wall and ceiling material.  Interior photos should show the room shape.  For exteriors, one image per elevation is best. This gives us the opportunity to spot additional charges and complications

You will typically receive your Xactimate estimate as a PDF attachment by return email usually within 1-3 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times however, when an order can take longer due to volume, but we want your business.  If you have a deadline let us know. 

Please submit a drawing of the floor plan of the affected rooms showing how these rooms are connected and provide measurements for each room  to the inch.  Square footage numbers are required of almost everything in Xactimate and Symbility.  Therefore provide a detailed sketch in order for us to provide you with a professional estimate. 

• Our base fee is $149 and includes all damaged interior rooms. 

• There is no additional charge for secondary out building structure. (does not include secondary home or secondary commercial structure)

• Any estimate under $15,000 is $149. Over $15,000 our fee is 1% of the total. 

• You are billed $50 for retainer then remaining balance due after the estimate is completed.
