Terms of Service Agreement

Please read the following terms and condition before proceeding with your order. Acceptance of this agreement indicates that you have read and agree to the terms of this agreement. We provide an Xactimate or Symbility estimate writing service. We write an estimate as if you wrote it yourself. Everything in the estimate will be from information you provided or inferred. In no event shall the provider of this service be held liable for errors, failure for improvement with individual claims awards, nor be implicated for attempted fraud. The estimate is your estimate, and you are the ultimate and final proofreader. Before it is submitted to any insurance company it must be reviewed. It is your responsibility to re-submit the estimate for corrections. In most state, only lawyers and public adjusters have the right to represent you. We don't represent you. The estimates we write are as if you wrote them, us being hired to input information that you provided or inferred. Since revisions are allowed and expected, no incorrect information should be included in your estimate once you have received, reviewed, and had it corrected. We will not be responsible if the estimate we write is disassembled, reverse engineered or otherwise modified. We will not be party to an attempt to defraud an Insurer, an Insured, or anyone.

The fee for a roof estimate, residential or (most) commercial is $99. The addition of an Aerial Measurement report incurs an additional fee. Upon submittal, a payment of 25% is required to begin the estimating process. If your estimate requires aerial measurement, upon submittal, an additional payment of $75 is required to obtain aerial measurement. Making an initial payment is evidence that an agreement exists between the recipient and CoreEstimates.com and an estimate will be written based on the agreed fee. 

There is no guarantee that the estimate will succeed in insurance proceeds more than otherwise offered by the insurance company. There is no guarantee that EagleView will be able to capture sufficient information to complete an Xactimate estimate. The limit of liability for any misstatements or mistakes is the price paid for the service, no more.

The parties to this agreement include the signor below and CoreEstimates.com, LLC 
The home office for CoreEstimates.com is in Conway, AR. Any party wishing to pursue legal action against CoreEstimates.com, LLC agrees to bring such action in the courts of AR.
